Charlene Kazaglis
is a lead stills / motion producer and logistics coordinator.
She is the heart of the team. Her calm demeanor and approach to every project sets the whole crew at ease in every scenario.
Growing up on a small family farm outside of Asheville North Carolina she learned the value of hard work paired with creating life long relationships with those around her. She is a big part of her community and loves collaborating with her team and clients to create beautiful work. She is a dog mom to her shepherd doodle Charlie girl.
Fun fact: Charlene has a tattoo of the Zelda Triforce from her love of video games.
Kat Spangler
is a lead stills / motion producer and logistics coordinator.
Where Charlene is the heart of the team, Kat is the brain and with this particular combination of strengths, you have a duo that is efficient, caring, and thorough.
Kat is the first to arrive on set, the last to leave, and is always thinking three steps ahead. You can guarantee her pre-pro emails are all sent with her dog Fiona curled up at her side.
Chelsea Engle
is a motion producer, director and video editor. She is a planner and a tech lover.
She was just awarded Charlotte NC’s 30 under 30 for 2021.
Fun Fact: She is a lover of all things Star Wars and Disney. One of her biggest joys is working with her therapy dog Sky the Goldendoodle.

The team at CE Collaborative consists of a multi-faceted crew. Depending on our clients needs we create a specific team fit for each project that comes our way.
